- One user: $2,500 setup, then $2,000 a month
- 2 or more users: $1,500 a month per user
- Enterprise: custom quote for whole teams, with on-site AI training. Quarterly team onboarding days for new team members.
- AI Onboarding on its own: $2,500. Move into The Authority System within 60 days and it counts as your setup fee.
- Monthly filming: add $1,500 a month for a Media Day every 30 days.

01What's AI Onboarding?+
We set up the AI you already use so it knows your voice, licensing, compliance limits and business, test it on your real work, and train you to use it.
02Can I start with AI Onboarding only?+
Yes. It's $2,500 on its own, and if you move into The Authority System within 60 days, it counts as your setup fee.
03Is there a contract?+
We'll confirm the scope, commitment and agreement terms before work begins. Ask about the terms for your chosen offer during your visibility review.
04Is travel for Media Days included?+
Travel requiring flights and hotel accommodations is quoted separately. We'll confirm any travel costs before scheduling your Media Day.
05Can you guarantee AI will recommend me?+
No one can guarantee what an AI engine says. We build the signals these engines rely on and check what they say about you every quarter.
06Is this compliant for licensed professionals?+
Real people are accountable for every moving part, we never use AI to post to or manage client accounts, and you get your own company's approval before anything goes live.
